Policies

Everything we do at Goldyn Paws is focused on providing the highest quality of service and care to our customers. We view each member of your family as an individual and do our best to provide them with a safe and clean environment.

Our Vaccination Policies

All members must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and Canine Influenza virus (H3N2 & H3N8). You must provide Goldyn Paws with an official vaccination certificate signed by your veterinarian. Goldyn paws reserves the right to refuse services to any dog if they are not up to date for rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and Canine Influenza (H3N2 & H3N8).

Disclaimer: We DO NOT accept Vaccinations done by clients/breeders. Vaccinations must be performed by a licensed Veterinarian.

All dogs must be spayed and neutered upon staying at Goldyn Paws.

Medication

If your dog requires medication, please provide a prescription from your veterinarian. Goldyn Paws will administer medications as directed. Goldyn Paws will mandate all pet owners to sign a waiver allowing administration of medications.

By having this information prepared, we can expedite the check-in process and ensure a smooth transition for your pet.

We strongly recommend bringing your dog’s own food to ensure a comfortable and healthy stay. A sudden change in diet can upset their digestive system. To prevent possible discomfort and diarrhea, we encourage you to maintain your dog’s regular meal plan.

If you forget your dog’s food or run out, we can provide our house food as a temporary solution. Please note that our house food may be different from your dog’s regular diet, so we recommend transitioning gradually if possible.

If your dog is sick, please refrain from bringing them to daycare until they have fully recovered. Contact us to let us know about any health concerns.

For the safety of all dogs, please bring your dog to daycare on a leash.

By following these guidelines, you can help ensure a positive and healthy experience for your dog during their stay at Goldyn Paws.

Goldyn Paws welcomes all well-behaved pets, regardless of whether they are altered or intact. All pets over 6 months of age that are unaltered will require individual play sessions with a Goldyn Paws Playtime Coordinator or with other dogs from their family. This helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all pets.

Please note that Goldyn Paws does not accept pets in heat. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
